Services are offered on a one-time setup basis followed by optional monthly support, as agreed upon with the client.

2. No Guaranteed Results

CyPixel does not guarantee specific results, revenue, or performance outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors, including business responsiveness, market conditions, ad spend, and adherence to recommended processes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Respond to leads when notified

Follow the systems and processes implemented

Use services in compliance with applicable laws

CyPixel is not responsible for missed opportunities caused by delayed responses, non-compliance, or failure to follow recommended workflows.

4. Payments & Fees

Fees, payment schedules, and service scope are outlined in individual agreements or proposals. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Communication Consent

By engaging with CyPixel, you consent to receive communications via email, phone, and SMS related to services, demos, scheduling, and support. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

CyPixel reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms or engages in unlawful or abusive behavior.

CyPixel may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
